党的思想教育活动一般是立足于实际,解决实际工作中可能出现的问题,而现在思想教育活动形式仅限于宣读文件、观看视频和撰写学习心得等,思想教育工作应该是一项长期的任务,但是在基层单位开展思想政治教育工作时存在着先热后冷现象,上级机关安排下达学习任务后各基层单位都按要求进行部署学习,制定学习计划和方案,表面上看起来轰轰烈烈,但是实际能够按照计划要求学习下来的很少。传统文化教育与思政教育的契合百利而无一害,不仅丰富了思政教育,而且也带动了传统文化的传播。
