After full discussion, nine experts from the State Communications and Technology Commission of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People’s Republic of China held that the construction scale of the regional international communications business entrance and exit bureau of Harbin Branch of China Unicom is reasonable and the technical and economic benefits analysis is feasible and agreed to set up a regional import and export bureau for international communications business in Harbin.
