采用 Gleason 公司的弧齿锥齿轮刀倾全展成切齿调整计算法(SGT 法)时,展成小齿轮的基准点必须选在大齿轮分度锥面上齿槽中部齿圈中点 P_2,该点有时离齿面接触区中心 M_2较远,以致必须根据实际得到的齿面接触印痕重新调整机床。本文提出的新方法(SGT-D 法),可以选大齿轮面上任一点为小轮切齿调整计算的基准点,以便使接触区中心与计算基准点重合。这种方法从原理上消除了计算误差,可以节省机床调整时间和提高齿轮的啮合质量。
When Gleason Spiral Bevel Gear Tilting Tool is used to develop the cutter adjustment method (SGT method), the reference point of the pinion must be selected at the middle point of the middle gear ring gear P_2 of the gear cone. Sometimes the point M 2 is far away from the center of the contact area of the tooth surface, so that the machine tool must be readjusted according to the actual contact surface of the tooth surface. The new method (SGT-D method) proposed in this paper can select any point on the gear surface to adjust the calculated reference point for the cog wheel to make the center of the contact area coincide with the calculated reference point. This method eliminates the calculation error theoretically, which can save machine adjustment time and improve the gear meshing quality.
