目前有机化合物的分子結構与反应性能间关系的研究,已進入半定量与定量化的階段。一方面哈姆密特(Hammett)公式及其他类似公式,以及我国化学家蔣明謙等所提出的一种新的誘導效应指数的方法等,都是建立分子結構与化学活性定量关系的有效途徑;为一方面,用極譜学的方法来尋找这些定量关系,近年來也得到了很大的發展。但是,在国內尚未见到有关这方面綜述性的文章。因此,作者試圖对分子結構与極譜半波电位间的关系作系統的介绍,但是由于作者的水平有限,手边資料又不齐全,难免有些挂一漏万,甚至会有錯誤之处,望讀者給予指正。
At present, the research on the relationship between the molecular structure and the reactivity of organic compounds has entered the stage of semi-quantitative and quantitative. Therefore, the author attempts to give a systematic introduction of the relationship between the molecular structure and the polarographic half-wave potential. However, due to the limited level of the author and the incomplete information at hand, it is inevitable that there are some omissions and mistakes.
