目的:了解育龄妇女死亡原因。方法:对2003-2009年南京市雨花台区育龄妇女死因进行分析。结果:南京市雨花台区育龄妇女死亡率为63.58/10万,前5位死亡原因为恶性肿瘤、意外死亡、心血管疾病、自杀、消化系统疾病,分别占全死因的39.16%、19.93%、10.84%、7.34%、6.29%。结论:降低恶性肿瘤和意外死亡的发生率,是降低育龄妇女死亡率的关键。
Objective: To understand the causes of death of women of childbearing age. Methods: The causes of death among women of childbearing age in Yuhuatai district of Nanjing City from 2003 to 2009 were analyzed. Results: The mortality rate of women of childbearing age in Yuhuatai district of Nanjing City was 63.58 / 100000. The top five deaths were malignant tumor, accidental death, cardiovascular disease, suicide and digestive system diseases, accounting for 39.16%, 19.93% and 10.84 %, 7.34%, 6.29%. Conclusions: Reducing the incidence of malignant tumors and accidental deaths is the key to reducing mortality in women of childbearing age.
