在1月9日结束的国家电网公司二届三次职代会暨2013年工作会议上,秦皇岛电力公司喜获“2012年度国家电网公司先进集体”荣誉称号,为秦皇岛电力人一年来的辛勤耕耘画上圆满句号。2012年,秦皇岛公司上交了这样一份成绩优异的答卷:完成售电量142.11亿千瓦时,同比增长2.64%;线损率4.79%,同比降低0.17%;售电单价570.42元/兆瓦时,高于计划7.92元/兆瓦时;电费回收率100%;竣工决算完成率100%,其它指标全部达到或优于冀北公司考核要求。
