两家来自于墨西哥的服装生产商家,同为全球最大的运动服饰品牌Nike的供应商,他们选择相似的雇员方式,譬如招聘、培训、薪资制度。但事实上,两家生产商劳工管理存在很大的差异。不同的工作组织形式和人力资源管理政策可能影响到监管的效率、工作环境和劳动力水平。那么,什么因素改善工作环境、保障劳动者权利?传统的跟踪管理方式给我们什么样的启示?
Two apparel makers from Mexico, along with Nike, the world’s largest sportswear brand, opted for similar employee practices such as hiring, training and payroll. But in fact, there is a big difference between the labor management of the two manufacturers. Different forms of work organization and human resources management policies may affect regulatory efficiency, work environment and workforce levels. So, what factors to improve the working environment, protect the rights of workers? Tracing the traditional management methods to give us what kind of inspiration?
