福光基金会是由祖籍福建的澳大利亚华人李明治先生向省政府捐赠而设立的,历届省政府主要领导任基金会信托人,现任信托人为卢展工省长。基金会理事会负责日常工作,设有监事会,办事机构为福光国际经济培训中心,拥有5700平方米的培训大楼。基金会的宗旨是为福建省培训中、高级经济管理人才。自1990年成立以来,共组织70多期2000多人赴国(境)外学习;委托香港公开大学开办高级工商管理研
Fuguang Foundation is set up by the ancestral native of Fujian, Australia, Mr. Lee Myung-Chi donated to the provincial government, the main provincial government leaders served as the foundation of the trust, the current trustee Lu Zhangong governor.
