为了深化税制改革,强化税收征管,加快税款收纳和入库速度,减少纳税环节和时间,我省不少地区设立了“纳税大厅”。由于国家对纳税大厅的设立尚无明确规定,因此各地均处于试行阶段,取得了一定成效,但也存在不少问题。现将我省省分库及绵阳、达川等9个地、市试办纳税大厅的调查情况综合如下,以供进一步探讨。
In order to deepen the reform of the tax system, strengthen tax collection and administration, speed up the collection and storage of tax revenue, and reduce the tax payment links and time, tax payment halls have been established in many areas in our province. Since the state does not have a clear definition of the establishment of the tax hall, all localities are in the trial stage and have achieved some success. However, there are still many problems. Now my provincial sub-library and Mianyang, Dachuan and other nine cities and taxpayers try the trial hall as follows for further discussion.
