提出了一种基于范围经济理论的高速公路网络效益的综合评价方法。交通网络扩张和演变所实现的规模经济主要表现为范围经济。把高速公路网看作一个交通运输生产系统,可用生产函数理论和交通网络的范围经济理论来解释高速公路网扩张的经济效率问题。最后还研究了高速公路网络经济效益评价的DEA模型构建和评价指标的选取。
A comprehensive evaluation method of expressway network benefits based on the theory of range economy is proposed. The economies of scale realized by the expansion and evolution of transport networks are mainly economies of scale. Considering the highway network as a transportation production system, the economic efficiency of the expansion of the highway network can be explained by the production function theory and the range economic theory of transportation network. Finally, it also studies the construction of DEA model and the selection of evaluation index for evaluating the economic benefits of expressway network.
