武汉市将“九五”及2010年发展规划拿到全国专家咨询会上来论证,说明武汉市委、市政府很重视。规划从编制方法上有较大改革,是一个很好的规划。下面就几个问题说一些看法。第一、武汉市规划背景的分析。中国现在和未来的经济中心,80年代增长中心在东南沿海,尤其是以珠江三角洲为中心的广东省。90年代,又有两个增长中心,一个是以浦东开发为龙头的长江三角洲地区,一个是京津塘为中心的环渤海地区,这样就有了三个中心,都在沿海地区。这对我国“九五”和2010年的发展是非常重要的,因此,我国应该下大力气使三个增长中
