供给侧结构性改革不仅是党中央把脉经济领域开出的精准药方,同样也是黑龙江资本市场提升服务经济发展能力的“良方”。目前,黑龙江省资本市场服务经济发展发挥了积极作用,但还存在诸多问题,如何运用供给侧结构性改革的思维提升资本市场服务效能,进而有效促进地方经济发展至关重要。
The supply-side structural reform is not only the precise formula prescribed by the Party Central Committee in the field of pulse economy, but also the “recipe” for Heilongjiang capital market to enhance its service economy development capability. At present, the service economy development of capital market in Heilongjiang Province has played an active role. However, there are still many problems. How to use the thinking of supply-side structural reforms to improve the service efficiency of capital markets and further promote the local economic development is of crucial importance.
