上海市为了加快浦东开发,更好地服务全国,同时、使各地企业能充分利用上海的优势条件,共享发展机遇,促进上海和国内各地的联动发展,共同繁荣,最近制订了《进一步服务全国扩大对内开放的若干政策意见》(沪府发[1998]18号文)现摘登如下,望我省乡镇企业充分利用上海特别是浦东开发开放的优越条件和优惠政策,抓住机遇,积极到上海投资开发,进一步加强经贸协作,以促进我省乡镇企业的快速发展。
In order to speed up the development of Pudong and serve the whole country better, Shanghai will enable local enterprises to make full use of the advantages of Shanghai and share the opportunities for development so as to promote the coordinated development of Shanghai and other parts of the country and to promote common prosperity. Recently, Shanghai formulated “ Opinions on Several Policy Opinions for Opening to the Interior ”(Shanghai House Fa [1998] No. 18) are summarized below. We hope that township and village enterprises in our province will make full use of the favorable conditions and preferential policies for the development and opening up in Shanghai, especially in Pudong, seize the opportunity and actively go to Shanghai Investment and development, to further strengthen economic and trade cooperation in order to promote the rapid development of township enterprises in our province.
