东光县委、县政府把发展个体私营企业作为建设经济强县的切人点和着力点,强化措施,加大力度,抓大户,活小户,宽环境,使个体私营经济保持强劲发展势头。今年上半年,全县个体私营企业已发展到9364家,从业人员突破3.8万人,占全县农村劳力总数的26.2%。完成总产值14亿元,增加值4亿元,分别占全县乡企总量的89.5%和86.3%,同比分别增长22.4%和21.6%。实交税金1338万元,占乡企总量的81.5%,对全县工商税收和财政收人的贡献率分别达到41%和34%。个体私营企业已成为县域经济最具活力的新的经济增长点。
