一、前言机械传动是机器中不可缺少的传动型式,对这些传动机构的动态传动精度的测量,又是一门新的技术。随着我国机械工业的发展,精密机床、精密仪器已愈来愈多,对动态检测传动精度的要求也越来越高。我所在60年代初,就开始了传动精度测量的研究工作,同时也研制出了比较完整、理想的测试仪器——惯性式回转不均匀检查仪。这就给精密机床、精密仪器、天文跟踪仪器、雷达导航设备和国防工业中的高精密传动的动态测量,提供了可靠的检测手段。
I. INTRODUCTION Mechanical transmission is an indispensable type of transmission in the machine. The measurement of the dynamic transmission accuracy of these transmission mechanisms is another new technology. With the development of China’s machinery industry, precision machine tools, precision instruments have been more and more, the dynamic detection of transmission accuracy requirements are getting higher and higher. In the early 1960s, I started the research work on the measurement of transmission accuracy. At the same time, I also developed a complete and ideal test instrument - Inertial Rotation Unevenness Checker. This provides a reliable means of detection for the dynamic measurement of high precision drives in precision machine tools, precision instruments, astronomy tracking instruments, radar navigation equipment and defense industries.
