我队在进行钻机修理工作时,曾根据另件的磨损和裝配情况,改进了修理方法和另件的修理极限尺寸,结果证明,不但可以缩短钻机修理时间,而且能够减换另件,节约资金.同时,我们在修理另件过程中,亦感到如果对某些另件的规格尺寸作适当的改变,则可以大大增加另件寿命,延長钻机使用吋间.笔者仅就修理KAM-500型钻机的立轴导管和横轴为例.谈谈个人在实际工作中的体会.
