目的探讨蓝光照射治疗足月新生儿黄疸的影响因素。方法选取2012年9月-2015年5月该院收治的足月新生儿黄疸患儿100例为研究对象,均采用蓝光照射治疗。根据治疗成功与否进行分组,治疗失败新生儿为失败组(43例),治疗成功新生儿为成功组(57例)。对两组患儿光疗前红细胞压积情况、网织红细胞计数、血红蛋白浓度等进行对比分析。结果成功组患儿光疗前红细胞压积情况、血红蛋白浓度与失败组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而网织红细胞计数与失败组患儿比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论蓝光照射治疗新生儿黄疸是临床首选治疗方案,但多种因素会对光疗效果产生影响,其中光疗失败的患儿可能与血红蛋白浓度和红细胞压积较低相关,伴随上述因素的足月新生儿需要配合药物等治疗手段,以提高疗效。
Objective To explore the influencing factors of neonatal jaundice with blue light irradiation. Methods 100 cases of full-term neonatal jaundice admitted to our hospital from September 2012 to May 2015 were selected as study subjects, all of whom were treated with blue light irradiation. According to the success or failure of the treatment group, the failure of treatment failed neonates (43 cases), successful treatment of neonates as the success group (57 cases). Two groups of children before phototherapy hematocrit, reticulocyte count, hemoglobin concentration were compared. Results The success rate of hematocrit, hemoglobin concentration before treatment and the failure group in the successful group were significantly different (P <0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups in the number of reticulocyte and the failure group (P> 0.05). Conclusion Blu-ray irradiation treatment of neonatal jaundice is the clinical choice of treatment, but a variety of factors will have an impact on the phototherapy effect, including failure of children with phototherapy may be related to lower hemoglobin concentration and hematocrit, with the above factors of full-term newborn Need to cooperate with drugs and other treatments to improve efficacy.
