各区、县人民政府,市府直属各单位,驻穗各单位:《中华人民共和国城市规划法》(以下简称《城市规划法》)已经七届全国人大常委会第十一次会议通过并颁布,将于今年四月一日起执行。这是我国城市规划、建设、管理工作的一件大事,必将使城市规划、建设和管理进一步走上科学的法治轨道,促进城市经济和社会协调发展。为了保证《城市规划法》在我市顺利地贯彻执行,保证我市城市总体规划的实施,经市人民政府同意,现将我市学习、宣传、贯彻《城市规划法》的意见通知如下:
All districts and counties, people’s governments, municipal units directly under the units in Guangzhou: “The People’s Republic of China Urban Planning Law” (hereinafter referred to as “Urban Planning Law”) has passed and promulgated the eleventh meeting of the Standing Committee of the Seventh National People’s Congress, Will be implemented on April 1 this year. This is a major event in urban planning, construction and management in our country, and will surely bring urban planning, construction and management further to the scientific track of law and promote the coordinated development of urban economy and society. In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the “Town Planning Law” in our city and ensure the implementation of the overall urban planning of our city, with the consent of the Municipal People’s Government, the opinions of our city in studying, propagandizing and carrying out the “Town Planning Law” are hereby notified as follows:
