燃油系统是飞机的动脉。它的工作状况,是由油量表和压力表指示出来。为了校验飞机上仪表,要有一套精度高于飞机上仪表的地面试验器。目前我国对燃油系统的检验,多是沿用苏联四十年代的办法,即用油车加油,再用量桶放油,只校验仪表的容量刻度。这种燃油校验的方法不能满足新机研制的需要。为此,一二二厂经过两年多的努力,研制成功多用途燃油试验器。
The fuel system is the artery of the aircraft. Its working condition is indicated by the fuel gauge and pressure gauge. In order to verify the instrument on board, there must be a set of ground testers with higher accuracy than the instrument on the aircraft. At present, China’s inspection of the fuel system is based on the Soviet Union’s approach in the 1940s, that is, refueling with oil trucks and then using oil in cylinders to measure the volume of the instrument.
