根据深微孔加工的特点,阐述了研究钻削深微孔用新型钻尖的重要性;建立了新型钻尖(非共轴螺旋面钻尖)后刀面和前刀面的数学模型;介绍了主切削刃的求解方法以及非共轴螺旋面钻尖后刀面的刃磨原理;得到了给定刃磨参数下钻尖的计算机仿真结果.
According to the characteristics of deep micropore machining, the importance of studying the new drilling tip for drilling deep micropore is expounded. The mathematical model of the flank and rake face of new drilling tip (non-coaxial helical drill tip) is established. The method of solving the main cutting edge and the sharpening principle of the non-coaxial helical drill point flank are obtained. The computer simulation results of the drill point under a given sharpening parameter are obtained.
