采用不同压缩量热模拟处理管线钢X70,用维氏硬度计打出压痕标定组织中的典型针状铁素体。利用光学显微镜、扫描电镜和EBSD等研究了铁素体的形态及取向差情况。结果表明:经热模拟处理后,典型的针状铁素体在晶体取向图上呈放射型菊花状,并且相邻晶粒取向差较小。经Tango软件测算出的平均取向差角度为7°~10°,典型针状铁素体团的晶体取向差分布柱状图呈“凹”型分布;晶粒取向差在5°~10°和50°~60°时出现较为明显的峰值。
The heat treatment of pipeline steel X70 with different amount of compression was carried out, and the typical acicular ferrite in the marked tissue was impressed with Vickers hardness tester. Using light microscopy, scanning electron microscopy and EBSD studied ferrite morphology and poor orientation. The results show that the typical acicular ferrite shows a radial chrysanthemum pattern on the crystal orientation pattern after heat treatment, and the difference in the orientation of adjacent grains is small. The average misorientation angle measured by Tango software is from 7 ° to 10 °. The histogram of the typical acicular ferrite clusters shows a “concave ” distribution. The difference in grain orientation is between 5 ° and 10 ° And 50 ° ~ 60 ° appear more obvious peak.
