健全的性格是完成学习任务、树立高尚的道德品质、形成良好的社会适应能力,成为国家建设人才,减少和预防心身疾病和反常性格与行为的根本基础。青少年性格结构的现状、怎样进行评价是国内外日趋关注的心理学和心理卫生研究的课题,二十世纪三十年代末产生个性评定的雏型以来性格的评定方法很多诸如《情景评定法》、《客观问卷法》。《主观投射测验》等,各具实用价值。而较为科学、客观、数量化而为世界各国所采用的方法乃属Cattell(1966) 的16种性格因素(简称16PF)测定方法。自从1980年刘永和博士将修订后的

The status quo of adolescent personality structure and how to evaluate it are the topics of psychology and mental health research that are paying more and more attention at home and abroad.
