本文对鹿鞭及其伪品牛鞭的50%乙醇,丙酮和石油醚三种溶剂的浸提液,测试了红外光谱;对它们的氯仿浸提液,测试了紫外光谱。结果表明,红外光谱和紫外光谱对鹿鞭及其伪品牛鞭具有鉴别意义。
In this paper, IR spectra of the extracts of 50% ethanol, acetone and petroleum ether of Lubian and its counterfeit bullwhip were tested. Ultraviolet spectrum was tested on their chloroform extracts. The results show that the infrared spectroscopy and ultraviolet spectroscopy have distinct significance for Lubian and its counterfeit bullwhip.
