本文应用PCR及PAGE技术结合银染方法对一复合STR位点D21S11进行法医学研究,D21S11核心序列为一复合结构[TCTA]4-6[TCTG]5-6[TCTA]3TA[TCTA]3TCA[TCTA]2TCCATA[TCTA]n?本研究建立了D21S11位点扩增分型的方法,制作了位点特异性等位基因阶段(Locus specific Allelic Markers),调查了广州地区101例无关个体,发现13个等位基因,频率分布在0.0049-0.2525之间,该位点多态性信息含量PIC为 0.8367,DP值为0.8429,非父排除率PE为0.7085,杂合度H为0.8974,是法医学个人识别和亲子鉴定中极具价值的遗传标记。
In this paper, a composite STR site D21S11 was studied in forensic science by silver staining and PCR. The core sequence of D21S11 was a complex [TCTA] 4-6 [TCTG] 5-6 [TCTA] 3TA [TCTA] 3TCA [TCTA ] 2TCCATA [TCTA] n?
