教育信息化进程中,中小学信息技术教师肩负重任,可以说中小学信息技术教师的专业素质及其培养,关系着教育信息化的改革和信息技术教育的成败。本文从中小学信息技术教师专业素质的现状入手,分析了中小学信息技术教师培养中存在的问题,对中小学信息技术教师的专业素质的职前培养策略进行了初步探讨。
In the process of educational informationization, IT teachers in primary and secondary schools shoulder the heavy responsibility. It can be said that the professional quality and training of IT teachers in primary and secondary schools are related to the reform of educational informationization and the success of information technology education. Based on the current situation of the professional quality of IT teachers in primary and secondary schools, this paper analyzes the existing problems in the cultivation of IT teachers in primary and middle schools, and preliminarily discusses the pre-service training strategies for IT teachers in primary and middle schools.
