为研究不同矮秆籼稻品种矮秆基因的等位关系,选择了几种常见的、代表不同矮源的矮秆籼稻品种,分析了矮秆基因的等位关系。结果表明:南京11号、向阳矮、朝阳矮13号、广陆矮4号、1R_(24)和窄叶青的矮秆基因均互为等位。由于南京11号与广陆矮4号的矮秆基因同源于矮仔占,窄叶青的矮秆基因源于花龙水田谷,1R_(24)的矮秆基因源于矮脚乌尖,故可认为:矮仔占、花龙水田谷、矮脚乌尖、向阳矮和朝阳矮13号的矮秆基因均可能互为等位。
In order to study the allelic relationship of dwarfing genes in different dwarf indica rice varieties, several common dwarf indica rice varieties representing different dwarf sources were selected and the allelic relationships of dwarfing genes were analyzed. The results showed that all of the dwarf genes in Nanjing 11, Xiangyangzai, Chaoyang short 13, Guanglu 4, 1R_ (24) and Narrow leaf were mutually allelic. As the dwarf genes in Nanjing 11 and Guanglu dwarf 4 are homologous to Dwarf Zizhu and the dwarf genes in Z. vinifera are derived from the paddy fields in Hua’along paddy, the dwarf gene in 1R_ (24) Therefore, it can be considered that the dwarfing genes of Aizai Zhan, Huarong Paddy Valley, Dwarf Wuping, Xiangyang Dwarf and Chaoyang Dwarf 13 may all be the same as each other.
