在活体组织检查病理诊断工作中,常遇到某些上皮不典型增生与早期癌鉴别上的困难,对二者诊断标准不一致,同一张切片经若干病理医师会诊可做出不同的诊断结论,从而使临床工作者处理病例感到困难。本文复习文献和结合临床实践体会分析上皮不典型增生和早期癌的组织形态,探讨二者鉴别诊断的标准,对实际工作或许有益。
