本文将我院从57年12月至78年9月收住院的计划生育手术引起的并发症179例(不包括门诊病例)进行分析,总结经验。179例并发症中损伤居首位,共74例,其中以子宫穿孔最为常见,占68例。感染38例,虽病例不多,但其引起的后果最为严重,有6例死亡,生命濒危经抢救回生者11例;另外,切口感染虽无生命危险,但有长达6~+年不愈者,长期影响工作和生活。因此损伤和感染是计划生育手术的严重并发症,下面就这两个问题进行讨论。
