国有控股企业党的工作怎样在生产经营主战场发挥作用,是一个常说常新的课题。记者在走访国有控股北汽福田公司(简称福田公司)时,发现他们在这方面有了新的突破。党委副书记赵景光介绍说,思想观念的转变推动了工作局面的创新,这个转变就是企业党组织由过去的“围绕、参与”企业经营管理工作转变为“直接融入”。公司总经理、党委书记王金玉说:“围绕、参与,实质还是两张皮,是体外循环,而直接融入就是把党的工作作为企业工作必不可少的一部分,成为体内循环。这样,党的工作既能坚持原则,又能做到发挥作用无禁区。”
