良好的润滑和冷却磨削区是进行缓进给强力磨削的关键因素。日本开发的内冷却式砂轮较好地解决了这一问题。其结构如图所示。注入在储液槽内的磨削液,受砂轮旋转时离心力的影响,经过各个通液孔和砂轮外圆区的各个槽,到达磨削区。该砂轮由于采用了砂轮内部冷却方法,无论砂轮与工件的接触弧面多长,均能起到良好的冷却效果。

The grinding liquid injected into the liquid storage tank is affected by the centrifugal force during the rotation of the grinding wheel and reaches the grinding area through each groove of each liquid passing hole and the outer cylindrical area of the grinding wheel. The grinding wheel due to the grinding wheel used within the method, no matter how long the contact surface of the grinding wheel and the workpiece, can play a good cooling effect.
