求职行为模式正日益受到网络的剧烈冲击。随着人才市场信息化进程的加快和个人入网人数的增加,通过计算机在互联网(Internet)上求职已经越来越成为人才应聘求职的手段之一。但目前国内计算机网络和人才信息建设尚不够发达,许多网上求职者花费了大量的精力和财力却未能找到理想的就业机会,其实只要稍微注意一下网上求职的方法与技巧,一定会事半功倍。以下是笔者本人在人才市场工作
Job search patterns are increasingly being hit hard by the internet. With the acceleration of talent market informationization process and the increase of personal network access, seeking employment through the Internet on the Internet has increasingly become one of the means by which candidates can apply for jobs. However, at present, the construction of computer network and talent information in our country is still underdeveloped. Many online job seekers have spent a great deal of their energy and financial resources failing to find satisfactory employment opportunities.
