1 紧紧围绕医疗中心加强党的建设,使医院党组织更有生机更有活力 江泽民同志指出:“各项工作都要围绕经济建设这个中心来开展,为这个中心服务,不能干扰这个中心。”党组织作为政治核心,必须坚定不移地贯彻执行党的基本路线,牢固树立以医疗为中心的指导思想。进一步更新观念,解放思想,促进三大效益的提高,做到自觉围绕医疗中心抓党建,抓好党建促医疗工作。这是改进和加强卫生行业党的建设,提高党组织战斗力的内在要求。卫生改革的深化,对党的建设不断提出新的要
1 Strengthening the party’s construction around the medical center will make the hospital party organization more viable and energetic. Comrade Jiang Zemin pointed out: “Every work must be carried out around the center of economic construction. Serving this center must not interfere with this center.” As the political core, party organizations must unswervingly implement the party’s basic line and firmly establish the guiding ideology of taking medicine as the center. Further update the concept, emancipate the mind, promote the improvement of the three major benefits, and consciously focus on the medical center to grasp the party building, do a good job of party building and promote medical work. This is an inherent requirement for improving and strengthening the party building in the health industry and improving the combat effectiveness of the party organization. The deepening of health reforms constantly raises new demands for party building.
