在屈大成的干部档案中,有一份用“中华人民共和国外交部用笺”写的证明材料格外引人注目:这就是曾任中华人民共和国外交部副部长、时任驻外大使的徐以新为肃南县政协专职常委屈大成的革命经历作证的一份珍贵的证明材料。这份证明材料是这样写的:肃南县委并张掖地委:屈大成同志是在1937年春4月我红四方面军西路军在祁连山区失败后参加工作的,1937年冬加入党,并在延安中央党校学习;1939年由延安派回甘肃河西做地下工作,是经过兰州八路军办事处负责单线联系,当时负责同志谢觉哉、伍修权都知道此事。
