政府网站在信息公开方面的作用日益彰显,通过相关的政府文件,解读中央对政府网站建设的指导思想,在对国家卫生与计划生育委员会网站进行个案观察的基础上,指出政府网站建设的情况及存在的问题,并参考美国卫生和公众服务部(简称HHS)网站的做法,提出相应的建议。
The role of government websites in information disclosure has become more and more obvious. Through the relevant government documents, we can interpret the guiding ideology of the central government on the construction of government websites. Based on the case studies of the website of the State Health and Family Planning Commission, The existing problems, and refer to the United States Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) website practices, make the appropriate recommendations.
