课程资源是指形成课程的要素来源以及实施课程必要而直接的条件。在教学中开发利用教学资源主要是指课程实施过程而言的。通过实施课程达到课程目标的要求,从而完成课程教学。课程资源是实施课程的前提和保证。长期从事农村小学英语教学,在开发和利用英语教学资源方面发现一些问题,就有效开发小学英语课程资源进行思考,并提出建议。
