烯土钴永磁体是一种生物性磁体，利用其磁场效应起到消炎、镇痛、改善血液微循环及组织修复等作用以期达到治疗颞颌关节紊乱综合征之目的。本文将２４１例分为三组，结果ＳＭＣＯ_５组（实验组）疗效高于局封组（对照１组）及理疗组（对照２组）。ＳＭＣＯ_５具有体积小、矫顽力强、磁能积大的特点，无毒、无害、有较好的组织相容性，而且是一种无损伤的治疗方法，不需复诊，自行贴敷、符合临床使用的要求，疗效满意。
Alkaline earth cobalt permanent magnet is a kind of biological magnet, which can play the roles of anti-inflammation, analgesia, blood microcirculation and tissue repair by its magnetic field effect so as to achieve the purpose of treating temporomandibular joint disorder syndrome. In this paper, 241 cases were divided into three groups, the results of SMCO_5 group (experimental group) curative effect than the local seal group (control group 1) and physical therapy group (control group 2). SMCO_5 has the advantages of small volume, strong coercive force and large magnetic energy product. It is non-toxic, harmless and has good histocompatibility. It is also a non-invasive treatment method, which requires no referral and self-sticking. Clinical requirements, efficacy satisfactory.
