长期以来,西北干旱成了一个严重影响中国发展的瓶颈问题。为了解决这一问题,几辈人进行了苦苦的探索,然而至今没有找到一条切实可行的途径。面对这一现状,本文作者进行了深入的调查研究,提出了自己的看法。作者认为,如果在青藏高原境内开挖一条深长的运河,则不但西北干旱问题可以得到根本解决,而且中国现今面临的其他问题,诸如洪灾、土地荒漠化、资源短缺等,也可迎刃而解。现摘登作者提出的建议,供有关部门决策参考。
For a long time, the drought in the northwest has become a bottleneck that seriously affects China’s development. In order to solve this problem, several generations of people have done painstaking exploration, but so far they have not found a feasible way. Faced with this situation, the author conducted in-depth investigations and studies, put forward their own views. The author believes that if a deep canal can be excavated in the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, not only will the drought in the northwest region be fundamentally solved, but other problems now facing China such as floods, desertification and shortage of resources can also be easily solved. Now pick the author’s suggestions for the relevant departments for decision-making.
