低血糖致偏瘫,国内偶有报告。临床表现为一过性偏瘫、失语、或意识障碍。极易误诊为脑血管疾病。现将本院收治3例报告如下。 例1,患者,男,74岁。因糖尿病、冠心病住院治疗。家人误将美吡达120mg(4粒)当作维生素C,一次给患者服用,服后30分钟,患者渐感心悸、出汗;继而失语、流涎;左侧肢体活动障碍。查体:神志模糊,运动性失语,左侧肢体肌力Ⅰ级,巴彬斯基征阳性。诊
