目的识别、分析某化工公司阳离子醚化剂生产项目存在的职业病危害因素,评价职业病危害防护措施效果。方法采用职业卫生调查、职业卫生检测、检查表分析法和职业健康检查相结合的方法进行资料收集、分析评价。结果该项目属于化学原料和化学制品制造业中基础化学原料制造项目,为职业病危害严重的生产项目。该项目在生产过程中产生的重点职业病危害因素为盐酸、环氧氯丙烷、噪声。配液区、反应区、合成保温区和制冷机房为职业病危害关键控制点。生产过程中产生的职业病危害因素检测结果符合标准要求。结论项目总体布局、生产工艺及设备布局、建筑卫生学与辅助用室、个人防护用品、应急救援、职业病危害防护设施等符合标准、规范要求。
Objective To identify and analyze the occupational hazards that exist in the production of cationic etherifying agents in a chemical company and evaluate the effects of protective measures against occupational hazards. Methods The methods of occupational health survey, occupational health examination, checklist analysis and occupational health examination were used to collect, analyze and evaluate the data. Results The project belongs to the chemical raw materials and chemical products manufacturing basic chemical raw materials manufacturing projects, serious occupational hazards of production projects. The key occupational hazards that the project produces in the production process are hydrochloric acid, epichlorohydrin, and noise. The liquid zone, the reaction zone, the synthetic insulation zone and the refrigeration engine room are the key control points of occupational hazards. The test results of occupational hazards produced in the production process meet the standard requirements. Conclusion The overall layout of the project, production technology and equipment layout, building hygiene and auxiliary rooms, personal protective equipment, emergency rescue and protective equipment for occupational hazards meet the standards and norms.
