At the Fourth Session of the Fourth China Eastern Enterprises Involving in the Western Structural Trade Fair, the privately-owned enterprise Zhejiang Glass Co., Ltd. and the government of Haixi Prefecture of Qinghai Province signed a contract to invest 3.0 billion yuan in Delingha to build 1.8 million tons of soda ash Project agreement.
