本文利用X射线衍射法,及示差热分析法研究了Fe_(38)Ni_(39)P_(14)B_6Al_3及Fe_(65)Ni_(16)Si_7B_(13)两种软磁非晶态合金的温度稳定性及结晶特性。发现前者和后者的起始结晶温度分别为385℃及395℃。这两种非晶合金向晶态转变时最早形成的相都具有体心立方结构,是铁的固溶体;两合金各有另一结晶相(Fe,Ni)_3(P,B)及(F_e,Ni)_3B是异所同构物,两合金在非晶态下退火都发生放热反应,这是非晶态下原子重排的结果。它们在升温时的结构转变大致都经历了非晶态Ⅰ→非晶态Ⅱ→亚稳晶态→稳定晶态四个阶段。
In this paper, two kinds of soft magnetic amorphous alloys, Fe_ (38) Ni_ (39) P_ (14) B_6Al_3 and Fe_ (65) Ni_ (16) Si_7B_ (13), were investigated by X-ray diffraction and differential thermal analysis Stability and crystallization characteristics.
