股票期权对于非上市公司存在着局限性,一是可能将股本设置变得复杂,不利于以后扩张;再是对经理人而言,也可能只是一个花架子,最终会希望落空。
Stock options have limitations for non-listed companies. The first is that they may complicate the setup of the share capital, which will not be conducive to future expansion. And then to the manager, it may only be a superfluous and will ultimately fail.
