心舒2号治疗冠心病172例临床观察及动物实验研究

遵照伟大领袖毛主席“中国医药学是一个伟大的宝库,应当努力发掘,加以提高”的教导,我们于1971年11月到1977年10月,六年间,对172例冠心病病人应用口服和肌注心舒2号(活血化瘀途径)进行治疗观察,并对心舒2号进行动物实验研究(对抗脑垂体后叶素引起的家兔急性心肌缺血实验,对离体兔心的作用,对家兔实验性主动脉粥样硬化斑块和血脂影响观察)。本文报导临床疗效及上述实验研究的初步结果,整理报告如下。

In accordance with the guidance of the great leader, Chairman Mao, “Chinese medicine is a great treasure house and should be diligently explored and improved.” From November 1971 to October 1977, we applied oral and muscle to 172 patients with coronary heart disease.
