一、急性尿潴留淋病并发急性尿潴留,牧区老年人多见。我们试用当地产的中药治疗21例,14例有效(有效率66.7％),可以避免导尿,减少病人痛苦。药物和服法:新鲜蒲公英,篇蓄,车前草三味药中任二味各二两或单味三两(干品剂量减半效同)水煎20分钟后,连服二小碗,静候1至2小时,如无排尿,可再服一次。一般在服药2至4小时后,就能自动排尿,时间最长的一例达6小时。对某些年老病人酌加乌药三钱或桑白皮三钱同煎效更好。对老病人在急性尿潴留前驱症状
