高等院校普遍存在的水资源浪费现象,这种现象加重了办学经费支出,加剧了用水资源的紧缺。现从实际出发,就系统设计等方面对节能降耗提出了自己的见解和解决措施。
Wasting of water resources is widespread in colleges and universities. This phenomenon aggravates expenditures for running schools and exacerbates the shortage of water resources. Now proceed from the reality, on the system design and other aspects of energy saving put forward their own opinions and solutions.
