习近平总书记提出,城市管理应该像绣花一样精细。符合首都核心区标准的街巷环境市容,尤其应该注重建设细节。已经初步整治的街巷,精细程度有待提高。对提升阶段的工作要进一步提出更精准的要求。今年年初北京市提出《首都核心区背街小巷环境整治提升三年(2017-2019年)行动方案》,下决心在背街小巷进行环境整治提升,经过前一时期的大量工作,目前已得到了显著改善。
