最近,中国出版工作者协会科技出版工作委员会,在北京召开了第八届全国科技出版社社长总编辑年会,有114家出版社的代表出席了会议。本届年会是在学习贯彻党的十四大精神,建立社会主义市场经济体制,加快改革开放步伐的新形势下召开的。与会代表认为,当前科技出版社面临着由过去高度集中的计划经济模式,向适应社会主义市场经济体制转变的新形势。新形势迫切要求我们进一步解放思想、换脑筋,自觉适应市场经济发展的大趋势,加快改革开放步伐,走出一条科技出版改革的新路子。
Recently, the Publishing Committee of Scientific Publishers of China Association of Publishers held the annual meeting of the chief editors of the 8th National Science and Technology Press in Beijing, and 114 publishing houses attended the conference. This annual meeting is held under the new situation of studying and implementing the spirit of the 14th CPC National Congress, establishing a socialist market economic system and accelerating the pace of reform and opening up. The participating representatives believed that the current science and technology publishing house is confronted with a new situation of transition from a highly centralized planned economic model in the past to a socialist market economic system. The new situation urgently requires us to further emancipate our minds and brainstorming ourselves and adapt ourselves to the general trend of market economy development, speed up the pace of reform and opening up, and stepping out of a new path of reform in science and technology publishing.
