王洼二矿215021综放工作面在撤架回收准备阶段,进风侧采空区内遗煤发生自燃,出现了工作面CO气体浓度超限的现象,影响了工作面支架的安全撤出。结合现场实际情况和煤层赋存条件,分析CO气体浓度超限的原因并制定了治理方案。采用高位钻孔压注黄泥浆和高分子胶体为主要防灭火技术,并配合降低风量、上下端头封堵等措施,使工作面架间CO气体浓度恢复正常;回风流的CO气体浓度从最高的77×10~(-6)下降到11×10~(-6),并一直稳定维持在24×10~(-6)以下,实现对火区的有效控制,保证了工作面支架的安全撤出。
In Wangweng No.2 Mine 215021 fully mechanized coal caving mining face, during the period of withdrawal recovery, the coal left spontaneous combustion occurred in the gob of the inlet side, and the concentration of CO gas in the working face exceeded the limit, which affected the safe withdrawal of the support of the working face. Combining with the actual situation of the site and the occurrence conditions of coal seams, the reasons for CO gas concentration overrun were analyzed and a treatment plan was formulated.
