去年中央1号文件出台以来,各级水利投入大幅度增加,水利建设任务十分艰巨,如何管好用好建设资金,使其发挥最大效益摆在各级领导和各级水利工作者的面前,文章参照有关资料,结合自己的工作实际,得出高质量的工程产品是参与这一有序的系统过程的各方协同工作的结果这一结论。
Since the Central Government released the No.1 Document last year, the investment in water resources at all levels has risen sharply. The task of water conservancy construction is arduous. How to manage and make the best use of the funds for construction is put before the leaders at all levels and the water conservancy workers at all levels. With reference to the relevant information and the actual work of our own, it is concluded that high-quality engineering products are the result of the concerted efforts of all parties involved in this orderly and systematic process.
