本文将说明新开发出的两种结构形式的质量测量装置的结构、工作原理与应用,具有移动式配重铁的测量机用于额定负荷范围为5~5000kg的称重传感器测量,还有一种100000kg的液压式测量机 阐述了两种新产品的结构特点、测量技术特性及优点 由于应用技术的最优化选择,及首次应用了新式检验方法,所以不同寻常处就在于测量范围扩宽了、经济性能提高了。 测量机内的测量误差:移动配重铁式测量机,小于实际值的30ppm(ppm一百万分之几);液压式测量机,小于60ppm。根据不伦瑞克(Braunschwerg)工程物理研究所(PTB)的国家标准,测量机的测量误差有可能小于100ppm,这是通过下述方法达到的:采用已获专利权的弹性铰接杠杆支承,或应用的GTM标准接收器极佳的可重复性
